How much does Fundza charge?

Fundza charges a 5% platform fee on successful contributions. Payment processing fees (1.4-3.8%) are charged separately by Flutterwave.

How long does it take to receive funds?

After your campaign reaches its goal and you request a payout, funds typically arrive in your bank account within 1-3 business days.

Do I need to reach my goal to receive funds?

Currently, campaigns must reach their funding goal to be marked as funded. You can request payouts once your campaign is funded and your KYC is verified.

What KYC documents do I need?

Basic: just email verification. Standard (for withdrawals up to 500K NGN): government ID. Full (unlimited): government ID + proof of address + selfie verification.
